CHÂTEAU SERIES with both Multi and Single Temperature functions.
Multi temperature function: it allows to store in the same cabinet, different types of wines simultaneously (sparkling, white, rosé and red) at their correct serving temperature.
Single temperature function: it allows the selection of the ideal temperature for optimal wine preservation.
BASIQUE SERIES: with Single Temperature function only.
Single Temperature function: it allows the selection of the ideal temperature for optimal wine preservation, or ideal service temperature for a certain type of wine.
CORRECT TEMPERATURES
For tasting, keeping and developing wines.
Keep in mind that the high temperatures of the atmosphere produce in short time, an irreversible decay of the wine.
CONTROLLED AND BALANCED HUMIDITY
The lack of humidity can dry the cork, allowing the air penetration and causing the oxidation of the wine.
The excess of humidity, on the other hand, can cause the appearance of microorganisms on the label and the capsule.
LIGHT PROTECTION
Ultraviolet radiation accelerates the degradation of wines.
